Regional Training Workshop of the Coastal Marine Fisheries Climate Change Observatory for the Southwest Indian Ocean Region
The E€OFISH Programme and the Mauritius Oceanography Institute are organising a Regional Training Workshop in partnership with the Indian Ocean Commission (IOC) to allow participants from designated national marine research institutions to familiarise themselves with the different data loggers and equipment that have been procured under the Climate Change Observatory for the South-West Indian Ocean Region project. The workshop which will be held in Mauritius from the 28th to the 30th April 2025, will bring together scientific/technical staff from Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Kenya and Tanzania. The equipment will be officially handed over to the representatives of the different national fisheries institutes during the workshop.
