Clearly define the main aspects of Nile pike fishing and determine the specific direction of the certification process.

To identify any challenges or obstacles that could hinder the certification process for Nile pike in Lake Victoria, particularly in view of the fact that Nile pike is an introduced species into the lake.

Propose effective measures to overcome the challenges and obstacles identified in point b), in order to ensure a smooth certification process.

To provide a recommendation as to whether or not a full assessment of the Nile pike fishery should be carried out with a view to obtaining MSC certification.
